CREDIT CONTROLLER – HALF DAY – Noc 13 views

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing patient accounts by daily billing, evaluating age analysis and updating account statuses.
• Claim submissions to Medical aid and processing remittance advices.
• Debt Collection.
• Responsible for all patient billings and quality control review of all patients accounts in liaison with relevant staff
• Responsible for identifying and correcting medical aid payment discrepancies, resubmitting claims, managing pharmacy stock and reconciling unallocated payments to ensure accurate financial and inventory control
• Work effectively and co-operatively with other colleagues to establish and maintain good working relationships that are mutually beneficial
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Performing tasks as may be requested by Leadership from time to time.
• Numbering fixed assets in accordance with the FAR, conducting spot checks from floor to FAR for completeness and from FAR to floor for accuracy, and communicating with the Admin Team Lead regarding any broken or damaged assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent is (essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism and personal presentation
• Formal training in customer service or front-office operations is advantageous
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking capability.
