The successful incumbent will report to the Director: New Business. The incumbent must be highly motivated and passionate about sales, analytical and communication skills, a self-starter who can work independently and in a group.

Minimum requirements:

* Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification
* Proven track record in sales (preferably in financial services, insurance, or healthcare)
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Service oriented
* Attentive to detail
* Valid driver’s license and own transport is essential
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Namibia
* Willing and able to work flexible hours, including outside of regular business hours, as required by travel and client engagement schedules

Key Functions:

* Promote and sell medical aid membership/medical insurance policies across Namibia
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
* Liaise with prospective clients, present relevant products and services, and effectively communicate their value
* Travel consistently to various regions throughout the country to achieve sales targets
* Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and market feedback
* Represent the Fund professionally at events, exhibitions, and meetings
