Key Responsibilities

• managing meetings
• assisting with event planning
• handling traditional reception responsibilities
• clerical and administrative tasks that support daily office operations

Requirements

• Grade 12, Office Management Diploma or equivalent academic qualification in related field from recognised university or college.
• At least three years’ working experience in the administrative environment.
• Prior experience as a professional receptionist/office administrator or in a related field of customer service and office work.
• Computer proficiency, Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook and Power point.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional and courteous telephone manners.
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone.
• Ready to work in the high-performance business environment and meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to liaise with people at a Senior Level in the corporate organization.
• Professional and multi-skilling.
• Knowledge of customers service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure.
• Ability to keep confidentiality.
• Strong work ethics.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Prepared to work long hours to complete tasks.
