❑CORPORATE AFFAIRS MANAGER (BAND 6)
The Challenge:
The Corporate Affairs manager contributes to the formulation and execution of the overall Namdeb brand
strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying specialist expertise skills in implementing
the overall Namdeb internal and external communication strategy contributing to ensuring a reputable Namdeb
brand. Furthermore, the incumbent is expected to drive campaigns focused on transforming internal and
external stakeholder perceptions, whilst positioning the company’s image.
Minimum Requirements for the Position:
• Post-graduate qualification in Communication, Public Relations or Human Sciences or any appropriate
degree linked to the relevant experience.
• Ten (10) years of post-graduate experience of which four (4) should have been served at the Management level
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and word processing
• Application of graphic design packages and Project Management exposure would be advantageous

• Strong interpersonal relations and ability to apply a creative mindset
