Job Description
To ensure that there is a consistent approach to procurement contracts and coordination at the University of Namibia across all departments. The position will monitor the implementation of all procurement contracts and oversight on performance of the various stakeholders in the contracts. The main key function of the position is to ensure that once contracts are signed, work is done in accordance with the contract terms, value for money is received from the various contracts before payments are affected
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience including solid experience in Procurement, contract administration, and finance.
A relevant bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply chain management, Business administration.
Ability to interact and work with team members at varying levels within the company, including shareholders, external partners, managers, staff, and contract workers
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to pinpoint mistakes
Excellent written communication skills
Previous experience with contract coordination
