Duty Station: Zambezi VTC (ZVTC) (Hotel School)

Report to: Kitchen Matron

Purpose: Daily preparation of trainee meals according to the approved menu.

Key Performance Areas:

Qualifications and Experience:

A Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (NQF Level 3).
One (1) year relevant experience in Hospitality and Tourism fields.
