CONTROLLER – Bokomo Namibia (Pty) Ltd

Key Responsibilities
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of transportation and material-moving truck drivers and assistant drivers, as well as to provide clerical services that expedite and maintain work orders and support fleet services staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service.
Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation and operations goals.
Plan and establish transportation routes
Prepare, compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, and work-related accidents.
Explain and demonstrate work tasks to new workers or assign training tasks to experienced workers.
Dispatch personnel and vehicles in response to telephone or mail reports of emergencies.
Examine, measure, or weigh stock to determine specific handling requirements
Analyse delivery address, determine appropriate routes and schedule.
Work with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
To provide a high standard of customer service at all times.

Qualification and Preferred Traits
Grade 12 with at least four years experiences
Valid driving license
Must be able to properly communicate in English
Be prepared to work odd hours, public holidays and overtime when required
Be prepared to work shifts
Must be of sober character with a good track record
Must have a disciplined approach
