Control Room Supervisor – Windhoek

Minimum Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar position

· Grade 12

· Drivers License

· Police Clearance Certificate

· Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Check that all systems are operational

· Ensure that all officers are disciplined and informed in order to deliver optimum work

· Ensure that Radio checks have been done at night by Control room daily

· Daily completed reports for Site visits and Vehicle checks

· Draw-up patrol reports daily

· Compile a daily report every morning of incidents

· Review the status of all sites for technical issues like NO VIDEO, Alarm not armed, etc, and report

· Weekly and Monthly site summary and address the relevant issues on the sefeko patrols not done

· Daily checks at 10h15, check the Test signals as well as opening & closing signals received from all sites

· Ensure all guard shortages are addressed appropriately and communicated with relevant managers and Area managers

· Complete and submit the response incidents

· Ensure that tracking system is up and running for 24hrs life tracking of vehicles and report any issues

· In control of Response department
