A System Administration contractor would typically manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring system uptime and performance for critical business operations. This includes monitoring systems, performing regular backups, implementing security patches, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. As a contractor, what kind of benefits (like leave, medical aid, or pension) can I expect from a company in Namibia?
As a contractor in Namibia, you typically operate as an independent service provider, meaning traditional employee benefits such as paid leave, medical aid, or pension contributions are generally not provided by the client company.
