As a Contractor you will perform cross-border payments duties as allocated by the business unit on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources
- Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
- Manage and complete assigned tasks and activities as per agreed contract
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
Requirements
- Banking Related Degree.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Any experience in foreign exchange or customer service roles within the financial sector will be an added advantage
- Foreign exchange products and transaction processes
- Exchange rates, currency handling, and FX pricing basics
- Exchange control and AML requirements applicable to FX transactions
- Customer service and sales principles
- Cash and currency handling
