Contract Manager – JOBS NAMIBIA

We are looking for a Contract Manager tor a specialist Construction Services Company that specializes in Asbestos Removal, Scaffolding, Rope access and Industrial Blasting and Painting.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification from a recognized educational Institution.
• Certified Scaffold Inspector with experience
• A current NACE Level I Point inspectors Certificate
• IRATA Lovol I Rope Access Technician
• Certified SHE Supervisor in Accordance with Regulation 2(1) Asbestos Regulations as per Labour Act 1992 (Act 8 of 1992) os amended under the labour Act 2007 (Act 11 of 2007)
• Certified Asbestos Awareness in accordance with Regulation 2(1) Asbestos Regulation os per Labour Act 1992 (Act 8 of 1992) os amended under the Labour Act 2007 (Act 11 of 2007)

Requirements

• Fully conversant with all Microsoft products including MS Project
• Experience with online Conferencing /Meeting Suites
• Valid unendorsed Driver’s licence
• Valid and unendorsed Passport
• Current NAMPOL Clearance Certificate (not older than 6 months)
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate
• Current Industry Related Medical Certificate and Radiological Report
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans , written and spoken
• Willing to travel Nationally and Internationally
• At least 5 to X) years industty specific technical experience
• Previous successful experience in managing large sites with big labour forces.
• Experience in Quoting on work and tenders
