Responsibilities and Key Performance Areas: The main responsibility of the Concrete Foremen <s to supervise the work of concrete laborers responsible for preparing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete.

To prepare work schedules for concrete laborers, estimate the amount of labor and materials required for concrete construction projects.

Key performance areas:

• Management construction project
• Follow Blueprint and drawings
• Supervise and assist subordinates
• Prepare and install concrete
• Complete daily reports and documentations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Concrete Foremen should have experience laying concrete and working on a construction team to complete complex projects.
• Should have leadership skdls and an understanding of budding codes and safety protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree related to construction and or at least five (5) years proven experience working as a Concrete Foreman
