Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all concrete works, including steel fixing, formwork, and quality control.
- Ensure all concrete activities meet project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
- National Trade Diploma in Civil Trade or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in concrete works.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferably Namibia.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and safety standards.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory).
