COMPANY SECRETARY

The Applicant will be responsible for the efficient administration of the organisation and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Managing FISHCOR corporate governance
Reviewing external Contracts
Preparing the agenda and other documents for all meetings of the Board of Directors in consultation with the CEO
Maintaining the statutory books
Managing legal services
Preparing Annual Companies’ Reports and external Contracts
Advise Board on legal matters

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

LLB or equivalent qualification
Admission as a Legal Practitioner
Postgraduate qualification in Management Practice will be an advantage
Experience related to Board Administration and Company Secretarial support will be an advantage
Have a thorough understanding of the Pubic Owned Enterprises operations
