COMPANY SECRETARY
The Applicant will be responsible for the efficient administration of the organisation and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Managing FISHCOR corporate governance
- Reviewing external Contracts
- Preparing the agenda and other documents for all meetings of the Board of Directors in consultation with the CEO
- Maintaining the statutory books
- Managing legal services
- Preparing Annual Companies’ Reports and external Contracts
- Advise Board on legal matters
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- LLB or equivalent qualification
- Admission as a Legal Practitioner
- Postgraduate qualification in Management Practice will be an advantage
- Experience related to Board Administration and Company Secretarial support will be an advantage
- Have a thorough understanding of the Pubic Owned Enterprises operations
