COMPANY SECRETARY
The Applicant will be responsible for the efficient administration of the organisation and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Managing FISHCOR corporate governance
- Reviewing external Contracts
- Prepare the agenda and other documents for all meetings of the Board of Directors in consultation with the CEO
- Maintaining the statutory books
- Manage legal services
- Preparing Annual Companies’ Reports and external Contracts
- Advise Board On legal matters
