COMPANY SECRETARY

Purpose of Role:

Provide professional secretarial and governance support to the Board of Directors and Executive Management, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, corporate governance standards and internal policies. The role is critical in maintaining transparency, accountability and effective communication across all levels of the organisation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or an equivalent legal qualification.

• Admission as a Legal Practitioner in Namibia.

Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate governance, legal advisory or company secretarial roles.

• Experience in the financial services or micro-lending sector is an added advantage.
