Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual functions of road and highway construction projects.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Lead the preparation and submission of claims, extensions of time, and dispute resolutions.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide financial forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Manage procurement strategies and supplier/subcontractor agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial management within road, highway, or civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure contracts.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
• Experience in claims management, contract administration, and project cost control.
