Job Title: Commercial Credit Origination Manager
Business Unit: FNB Namibia Wesbank Business Segment

Purpose:

To identify asset financing transaction specific risks, such as credit, taxation, accounting and legal risk. Introduce risk mitigating measures as to structure transactions in line with the risk philosophy of the Bank. To be able to structure asset financing transaction that meet the needs of the client and the Bank

Key Performs nee Areas:

• To evaluate deal and client specific risks In order to minimise FNB Namibia’s exposure to Dad lending.
• To write credit assessments and present to Credit Committees.
• To interact with other departments, segments and clients regarding the Credit Strategy
• Appointment will be made in accordance with our EE plan.
  To manage, coach and mentor team members to contribute to the attainment of FNB Namibia Holding’s goals.

• Minimum 3 years company credit experience in a banking environment
• Desirable: CA qualification
