- Honours Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Banking, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, Master’s Degree or equivalent) preferred.
- Professional credit or risk certifications will be advantageous (e.g., Chartered Banker, FRM, CFA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of credit risk modelling, portfolio management, and regulatory frameworks.
- 8-10 years in Credit Risk, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Risk Management in a similar environment (Banking or Financial Industry)
