Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage gym staff
- Drive membership growth, sales, and renewals
- Oversee budgets, costs, and daily operations
- Ensure facility standards, safety, and cleanliness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Fitness Management, Sports Science, or related field (or equivalent experience.)
- 3-5+ years gym/fitness/hospitality leadership experience.
- Strong sales, customer service, and financial skills.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
