What will you do?
Ensures that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner and provides a high level of service to promote the organisation’s products and services. The incumbent has basic product knowledge and may be responsible for marketing the organisation’s products and cross-selling them in an effective manner. The incumbent may provide the service internally or externally.

Handling of client enquiries effectively and timeously within service level agreement
The promotion of the Sanlam brand through outstanding client service
Effective administration of workflow
Processing of claims and maintenance of policies
Meet the rules of compliance
Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 (minimum is 20 points)
A tertiary qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage
Experience in the life insurance industry will be an added advantage
Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written). One local Namibian language will be an added advantage
