Ongwediva Medipark Private Hospital is seeking to recruit a competent and suitably qualified Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team of health-care professionals. The Client Relations Officer serves as the primary interface between patients, their families and the hospital, championing the patient experience across all touch-points.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patient enquiries, complaints, compliments and feedback.
- Handle and resolve patient complaints promptly, courteously and in line with hospital policy; escalate unresolved matters to management.
- Coordinate and administer patient-satisfaction surveys; compile monthly reports and highlight trends and improvement areas.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client-relations interactions and follow-ups.
- Work closely with clinical, administrative and support-service teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Support patient-education initiatives and represent the hospital during patient-facing events and open days.
- Uphold hospital brand and service standards in all written and verbal communications.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing / client-relations role; healthcare experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in one or more local Namibian languages will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, empathy and conflict-resolution skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office); experience with hospital or CRM systems is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and patient confidentiality.
