CLIENT EXECUTIVE – Synergi 332 views

Job Purpose:
To actively manage, promote, market and sell the Synergi Classifieds client portfolio to
contribute towards a revenue stream on a monthly basis, to ensure sales budgets are met

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience:
• Grade 12, Sales/Marketing/Administration Experience, Diploma or Degree is an added
advantage.
• Good command of English and Afrikaans
• Excellent grammar, spelling and typing skills
• Proficient in MS Word Package and Excel and Email Communication
• Background in effective client service and sales techniques
• Valid Code BE Driver’s license

• Communicating with clients and prospective clients through emails, phone, and/or in
person
• Outstanding communication skills – including both speaking and writing in both
Afrikaans and English
• Outstanding networking, sales, marketing and interpersonal skills
• Using effective sales techniques and customer service to market the Synergi Classifieds
portfolio.
• Resilience, good time management, accurate and the ability to work under extreme
pressure, adhere to strict deadlines and stay calm when under pressure
• Self-Motivated, driven, be able to perform independently and under supervision.
• Good Administrative skills, to keep record of client bookings, invoices, proof of
payments and orders
