Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize a filing system.
- Import VAT filing.
- Archiving and storage of filing.
- Sort, file, and retrieve documents as required.
- Ensure all records are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Assist with general office duties such as photocopying and scanning.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as instructed by the supervisor and/or manager.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF4)
- 1-2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
