PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all equipment in the feed milling plant.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that dishes are washed and packed away at all times.
• Cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing of designated areas as per daily schedule. E.g. Kitchen, toilets, offices.
• Responsible for the cleaning of the boardroom after meetings/functions.
• Responsible for removing trash, rubbish and debris of designated areas.
• Ensure Management receives requested beverages i.e. Tea, coffee, water.
• Distribute Coffee, Tea, Milk and Sugar to office workers once a month at the various depots
• Distribute Coffee, Tea, Milk and Sugar to Windhoek kitchen daily and once a month to the various depots.
• Ensure that all salary employees receive their weekly sandwiches.
• Assist the Personal Assistant with functions in the Boardroom as requested.
• Assist with stock purchases once a month
• Provide visitors with drinks as requested.
• Messenger duties between FM & NM when necessary
• Ensure effective usage of cleaning products and equipment.
• Report any breakages.
• Adhere to the company health and safety regulations.
• Carry out adhoc tasks as given by Supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

• Grade 12 (NQF4)
  OR
• Grade 10 with 1 years relevant experience
  Other:
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Namibian citizen
• Must be able to work overtime when requested
