Civil/ Geotechnical and Tailings Engineers – Knight Piesold – Windhoek

We are looking for experienced Civil/ Geotechnical and Tailings Engineers to join our dynamic team in our Knight Piesold Windhoek branch. Remote
workers will be considered for the position, due to
travel restrictions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering Degree
• Slope stability assessment and modelling an asset (GeoStudio/Rocscience), in-situ geotechnical tests and laboratory tests interpretation an asset

• More than 8 years’ experience in civil, dams, tailings, and/or geotechnical field related to waste and water management for the mining industry
• Experience in team supervision and coaching of engineering staff
• Sound project management skills including managing resources and budgets
• Experience in technical reviews and reports
• Registration as Professional Engineer with a local or international body
