CIVIL ENGINEER DIRECTOR

General Description of Duties:

1. Site control, progress plans making, and supervision for implementation,
2. Supervision of sub-contracted works, and co-ordination In the management of materials and equipment, routine surveys, and statistical work for monthly reports.
3. Documents compiling and filing, resolving tasks as assigned by the superior.
4. Construction Survey, technical review, making works progress plan and procurement plan of materials; Participating in the works for building barracks camp for Equatorial Guinea army and navy.

Qualifications:

Education:

College degree or above in Urban water resource or related majors. Experience: Minimum 10 years of civil engineering management.
Minimum 2 government housing projects.
2. Skills/Competencies: Urban water resource;
3. Special Requirements: Road & House Construction Specifications.
4. Be able to speak Chinese and English.
