Purpose:

Is responsible for liaisons, administration and coordination of community developmental activities and services as the alienation/rent of fixed properties

Key performance Areas:

Assist SE: with personnel management.
Manage administration of community services in town.
Manage and administer the alienation/rent/usage of al fixed municipal properties
Manage recreational facilities.
Administrator the provision of housing and housing schemes.
General liaison with community on municipal matters

Minimum Education Qualification Requirements:

B-Degree/Diploma at NQF Level 7 in Land/Property Management & Community Development with 5 years’ experience of which 3 (three) years should be at supervisory level A relevant post graduate qualification NQF level 8 wil be an added advantage

Required skills:

Computer literate
Spatial Planning and/or Geographical Information Systems
Sound communication skills
Valid code BE driver’s license
