Duty Station: Head Office
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Purpose: To develop, implement and monitor organisational and operational strategies;
provide strategic direction; facilitate operational effectiveness and efficiencies aimed at achieving strategic objectives of the NTA in line with legislation; and to design operation policies, processes, procedures and systems to meet stakeholder requirements.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Finance and Risk Management
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Business
Management/Operations
Management/Education and Training, or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (NQF Level 9)
• Ten (10) years relevant experience of which five (5) years on senior/ executive management level (national/ regional/ or international exposure to the TVET industry is an advantage)
