PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To co-ordinate and control the industrial relations function within the Company in order to maintain a productive industrial relations climate that supports the company’s business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management
Five years’ experience in Human Resources environment of which three years should have been spent in the industrial relations environment at a Senior Industrial Relations Officer level
Theoretical and practical working knowledge of industrial relations practices, knowledge of labour related laws/ legislations
Negotiation skills, good communication skills, interpersonal relations, leadership/ management skills, counseling skills, computer literacy, facilitation and presentation skills
