Salary Scale : N$ 328,139 – N$392,158
Housing Allowance : N$13,080 pa
Transport Allowance : N$7,680 pa
Minimum Requirements: A National Diploma majoring in human resources on NQF L6 plus
five (5) years appropriate experience in Human Resource of which three (3) years must be on
the level of Senior Human Resource Practitioner Grade 7. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Confirmation of Probation should be attached.
