Key Responsibilities

- Oversee safe, efficient, and reliable corridor operations
- Improve infrastructure performance and asset management
- Implement service standards and operational KPIs
- Act as primary liaison with Government, regulators, and industry
- Represent WBCG at national and regional platforms
- Strengthen partnerships with investors and logistics operators
- Enhance corporate reputation and public trust

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Transport Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 10-15 years’ experience, of which 5 must be in senior executive leadership
- Proven background in transport, logistics, infrastructure, or heavy industry
- Expertise in trade facilitation and corridor economic development
- Strong track record in strategy execution and operational improvement
- Visionary strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Ethical, values-driven, decisive, and accountable leadership
- Financial management and capital planning
- Governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Stakeholder management and partnership development
- Strong communication skills and political acumen
