THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide overall leadership for PowerCom, managing the overall operation, ensuring the provision of ICT passive infrastructure and network facilities and, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, carrying the primary accountability for commercial viability in line with the organizational strategy.
