Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- A Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) in Business Management, Agricultural Economics, Commerce or a related field.
- An MBA will serve as a strong advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ management experience within the agri-business and/or commercial sector.
- At least 7 years’ experience at Executive or Senior Management level.
- Proven track record in leading complex organisations and delivering measurable strategic and operational results.
- Strong commercial, financial and business leadership capability.
- Sound understanding of agricultural value chains, market dynamics and supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing capability at senior level.
- Experience driving organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Strong governance, strategic planning and risk management capability.
- Valid Code B Driver’s Licence.
