Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate.
A Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) in Business Management, Agricultural Economics, Commerce or a related field.
An MBA will serve as a strong advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ management experience within the agri-business and/or commercial sector.
At least 7 years’ experience at Executive or Senior Management level.
Proven track record in leading complex organisations and delivering measurable strategic and operational results.
Strong commercial, financial and business leadership capability.
Sound understanding of agricultural value chains, market dynamics and supply chain environments.
Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing capability at senior level.
Experience driving organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
Strong governance, strategic planning and risk management capability.
Valid Code B Driver’s Licence.
