Minimum Requirements: An appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 7 or 8 plus 8 years
appropriate experience.

Supplementary Selection Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 7 or 8 Plus 8 years appropriate
experience.
• A Master’s Degree in Education (by dissertation or combination of dissertation and course work) or
equivalent qualification on NQF Level 9, will serve as advantage.2
