Minimum requirements
A National Diploma in Public Management / Administration. Business
Management / Administration, Logistics and Supply Cham Management or
equivalent qualification at (NQF Level 6) plus 5 years appropriate working
experience in two (2) areas of Procurement management or Transport
management or Store management.

We are looking for an energetic and organised OFFICE
ADMINISTRATOR to join the Riteway team! Are you a team

Responsibilities will Include:
Daily shift closing and bank preparation
ATM & Airtime City control
Daily reconciliations of all card & account payments
Preparing of customer accounts at month end
Responsible for monthly creditors reconciliations
Responsible for the Spar reconciliations
Daily fuel control, ordering & responsible for the VIVO portal uploads
Uploading of fuel increases on system when required
Preparing of monthly shift schedules
Ordering of stationery & back-office supplies
Operational duties as and when required
Providing support to customers & staff when needed
Ensuring that the back-office functions properly

Requirements:
Previous experience as an office administrator
3 years bookkeeping experience
Needs to be willing to work shifts and overtime when required
Efficiency in Pastel Evolution. Excell. Word & emails
