Key Responsibilities:
- Planning of daily menu
- Requisition of stock and supplies
- Plan food preparation
- Ensure food served is of high quality
- Keep kitchen neat and tidy at all times
Abilities and Skill Requirements:
- Must be passionate about food
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Maintain high standard of food preparation and presentation
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of Grade 12
- A minimum (3) year’s experience in a similar position
- A tertiaryqualification will be an added advantage
