Key Responsibilities:

• Planning of daily menu
• Requisition of stock and supplies
• Plan food preparation
• Ensure food served is of high quality
• Keep kitchen neat and tidy at all times

 

Abilities and Skill Requirements:

• Must be passionate about food
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Maintain high standard of food preparation and presentation

 

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of Grade 12
• A minimum (3) year’s experience in a similar position
• A tertiaryqualification will be an added advantage
