MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree 7/Post Graduate Diploma Level 8 in Education Commerce, Management
and Business Studies Fields. 2 years working experience in educational environment (TVET/higher education)
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing the administration and dally functioning of the Campus; Student Records, Admissions and Support Services; Handling of telephone calls, emails and face-to-face queries from staffs and general public, ensuring high levels of diplomacy and Professionalism; Handling a wide range of confidential information requiring a dedicated level of confidentiality at all times; Providing Teaching and Learning , Assessment and Examination Administration, Human Resources Administration of Campus Academic Staffs; drafting of reports, communiques, and correspondence; Responding to correspondence on behalf of the Campus Manager; Promoting synergy between the Campus Manager office, Rectors Office, Institute departments, and Academic Staffs; Liaise with Regulatory Bodies and other general stakeholders.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of TVET, Higher Education and Quality Assurance; Effective Business Communication Skills; Intercultural Communication Skills; Flexibility and a willingness to provide a support function are essential; High Diplomacy and professionalism; High command of English communication both in speaking and professional writing, Flexible to travel; Places a high value on delivering excellent customer services throughout all aspects of work to both internal and external clients; Genuine ability to priorities and manage workload and adapt and accommodate high priority tasks, ensuring effectiveness in the role; Ability to communicate with stakeholders and work together to achieve desired outcomes.
