CCTV CONTROL ROOM OPERATORS (x2 positions) – Metro Namibia

The following vacancy exists in Metro Namibia:

POSITION                            2 x CCTV control room Operators

LOCATION                          Metro  –  Head Office Windhoek

OBJECTIVE

To add value and improve the organization’s operations by review daily CCTV footage, identify control weakness, do daily soft audits and report on anomalies detected.

RESPONSIBILITIES

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge and Experience

• 1 years’ experience in CCTV surveillance monitoring
• Technical experience in CCTV networking would be an advantage.
• No criminal or ITC record

2. Personality Traits

• Detail-orientated & Well Organized
• Motivated & Proactive
• Multi-tasking & Flexible

3. Skills and Abilities

• Computer literate – Word & Excel
• Good Communication & Technical Skills
• Operation of CCTV systems in a professional manner
• Monitor CCTV and security equipment
• Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner.
• Liaise with store management and National Security service providers when required.
• Produce written incident reports when required.
