Opportunity | Duty Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

• Ensure the highest standard of service level
• To establish and maintain good customer relations and maintain customer recognition and professionalism
• To handle guest complaints, inquiries and comments. Log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up
•  Able to convey relevant information to customers
• Develop and maintain an effective communication within the Resort and with relevant external parties
• Organising hotel bookings and all other associated reservations
• Active involvement with the planning and executions of Casino activity programmes/promotions
• Ensure adherence to the procedures and policies of the Resort
•  Capture data quality as per standard operating procedure
• To carry out administrative requirements as directed

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

Education, Experience & Competencies Required:

• Education – Minimum Grade 12
• A minimum of 2 years Casino Guest Relations Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer literacy and Strong numerical Skills
• Fluent in English – other local languages would be an added advantage
• Extremely high level of integrity and able to work under pressure and shifts
• Able to take initiative, to be innovative and creative
