Okahandja Medical Practice requires the services of an experienced CASE CLERK to start a.s.a.p.

The applicant should:

▪️ Have a Post Matric qualification.
▪️ Have a driver’s licence.
▪️ Full command of English / Afrikaans (a 3rd language will be an added advantage)
▪️ Be a Namibian Citizen
▪️ Be an Okahandja Resident
▪️ Be a Non-Smoker
▪️ Be in very good health.
▪️ Previous case management or paramedic experience could be advantageous
▪️ Should be prepared to work overtime and weekends.
▪️ Must have knowledge of Eminance / Trifour or similar systems.
▪️ Must have basic computer skills (Excel / Word / Outlook)
▪️ Must have knowledge of stock/medicine
▪️ Must know Medical Terminology
▪️ Excellent track record of debtors
▪️ Excellent people‘s skillsHave a valid Caregiver Training

Basic Task

▪️ Medical aid (Updating / authorisations / Billing / EDI / Resubmissions) EDI claims
▪️ Theatre billing
▪️ Handling of medical aid remittances
▪️ Stock control
▪️ Drafting of policies and procedures
▪️ Willing to do other ad hoc tasks.
▪️ Negotiable salary
