Job Summary
To build and maintain strong relationships with key clients while driving knowledge transfer and skills development to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Grade 12 Minimum (25 points)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, 3 to 5 years’ experience in insurance or service industry
• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, or capacity building.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a Key Accounts environment within the Financial Services Industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning platforms.
