Day-to-day tasks include facilitating innovation workshops with SMEs, supporting business model prototyping, conducting market feasibility assessments for local products, and liaising with stakeholders such as the Namibia Financial Institutions Trust (NFIT) or the Industrial Development Agency (IDA). You’ll also document case studies, prepare reports for funders like the Namibian Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB), and adapt global innovation tools to Namibian socio-economic contexts—such as informal sector integration or climate-resilient agribusiness models.
