Young Africa (YA) Namibia, a young and growing Namibian NGO, aims to empower young people through practical training in market-oriented trades, in combination with life skills and entrepreneurship. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for friendly, honest, hardworking, and responsible candidates who are dedicated to the integral development of underprivileged young people. We offer the following positions:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The role of the Business Development Officer has two main functions; to create business linkages for YA Namibia as well as is project participants (beneficiaries and franchsees). Promote the image, mission, and vision through the creation of partnerships for student attachments, source business opportunities for the franchisee units and oversee communications.
Minimum requirements
• Relevant qualifications
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience; for the programme and Organisation Development.
• Experience in working with NGOs will be an added advantage
• A policy certificate of good standing (adhering to our finance and youth safeguarding policy)
