POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
WORK STATION: HENTIES BAY & 8WAK0PMUND (50%-50%)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA (KPA):

L General office administration:

(documentation/filing. statutory compliance IT management, property & fleet management, etc]

1. Administration of HAFA Business ventures:

Supply chaIn management, stock control sales and marketing

2. Human resources development and management

Board, personnel, fishing members and stakeholders’ management

3. Fishing operations administration:

Administration of fishers’ and ski boars/vessels business activities, logistics, data, etc

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEIENCE REQUIRED:

Senior Certificate (Grade 12) plus a Qualification of 2-3 year Diploma/Degree m Business Administration (or SME development)

5 years’ relevant experience in business administration. e.g. management, leadership and entrepreneurship

Code 8 driver’s license and basic knowledge about small scale fishing will be an added advantage
