Purpose of the job

 

Seeking a proactive professional to drive client acquisition and manage relationships across retail and institutional sectors. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, collaborating with teams, maintaining product knowledge, and monitoring market trends. Strong communication and compliance focus required.

 

 

Qualifications and experience

 

• Relevant Bachelors Degree and Post Graduate qualification in Finance, Economics, Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years in a relevant experience (Asset management/financial services preferred).

 

 

Key focus areas

 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retail and institutional clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAS, wealth managers, and institutional investors.
• Develop and execute targeted sales and distribution strategies
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and investment products to inform clients and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate reporting, CRM management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
