Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations or related.
- 4 Years experience working in a marketing / branding division of an organisations.
- 3 Years experience working on marketing, advertising, or brand related responsibilities in a supervisory capacity.
- 2 Years Microsoft Office Suite (Basic).
- MTC Vehicle Usage Procedure requires that all employees have a valid driver’s license.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing and branding channels.
- Knowledge of marketing methods, principles and techniques as needed.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic and web design.
- Excellent project / events management skills including time management and goal setting.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and website management principles.
- Knowledge of content strategy and digital campaign integration.
- Understanding of customer journey in digital environments.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics, analytics tools, and online channel optimisation to guide and evaluate digital activities.
