Brand Manager – Taeuber and Corssen

Job Specification

• Key Accounts (Principals).Ensure execution of key account & sales objectives in support of the Sales Strategy.
• Promotions & Communication.

Prepare and communicate consolidated and easy to use promotional and gondola end grid for implementation by the field sales force.
• Forecasting & Planning.Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly rolling volume forecast for Planning & Replenishment purposes.
• Master Data.Responsible for data submission with regard to data maintenance of Embrace sales master data, including but not limited to price masters and customer hierarchies, sales regions, routes etc.
• Field Sales. To achieve monthly and financial year sales targets through the implementation and execution of sales, merchandising and marketing related strategies and plans.
• Administration.Manage and control cost centre in line with cost budget (if applicable).

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant management experience.
• Sales exposure specific to the FMCG environment will be a distinct advantage.
• Fully Computer literate with advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in both English & Afrikaans. (3rd Language will be an advantage).
• Must have strong sales and service delivery orientation.
• Must have strong Administration, Communication and Negotiating skills
• Namibian Citizen with Code 8 driver’s licence and own vehicle.
