- Manage the appearance and overall customer experience felt within the branch
- Timely collection of Debtors and address any customer requirements promptly
- Develop business plans that will enable the branch to meet agreed company objectives
- Evaluate local market conditions and identify potential opportunities
- Management and control of all Inventory held at the branch
- Manage the activities of the branch to ensure that financial and administrative procedures, standards and objectives are met
- Maximise the branch profitability
- Provide training, coaching, motivation and development of employees at the branch
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions for deployment
- Work with Senior Management and other branches within the retail network to achieve set targets and objectives
Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of retail experience
- Experience within the tyre industry will be an advantage
- Relevant management experience
- Effective selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Sound understanding of management principles, including Industrial Relations
- Sound working knowledge of any main ERP, and experience in SAGE will be an advantage
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points.
- Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. preferably a General Management Diploma will be an advantage
- If required, applicants will be subjected to the necessary evaluation process
- Driver’s License, Code 8
