Go Fresh, a dynamic and growing fresh produce division, is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Manager to lead its end-to-end operations. This is a strategic leadership appointment aimed at strengthening operational excellence, supplier partnerships, financial performance, and cold chain integrity across the fresh produce value chain. We are seeking a high-calibre professional with deep experience in fresh produce, agribusiness, or FMCG supply chain management who can drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable supplier growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations, procurement, and distribution
- Manage warehouse and cold chain processes
- Lead a high-performing team while ensuring compliance and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-8 years’ experience in fresh produce, FMCG, or agribusiness supply chain
- 3-4 years in senior supervisory or management role
- Proven experience in cold chain oversight, supplier engagement, and financial management
- Valid Code BE driver’s licence
